SPRING 2024 RENTALS ARE DUE BACK NO LATER THAN MAY 17TH.
Shrink-wrapped textbooks are not refundable once taken out of the shrink-wrap.
Access codes are not refundable once scratched off or seal broken or shrink-wrap removed.
Cash refunds for check purchases cannot be processed until 3 business days have passed following the transaction date. Check purchases made 3 business days or less before the refund deadline will be considered final sales.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Regular-priced items may be refunded in the original form of tender within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags attached. Receipt required.
Sale merchandise (in new condition with tags attached and accompanied by receipt) may be exchanged for item(s) of equal value or for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Cash refunds for check purchases cannot be processed until 3 business days have passed following the transaction date.
